What is a Hyper Box?
A dedicated Intel NUC Mini PC hosted in our UK data center. Unlike shared cloud services, your Hyper Box is exclusively yours 24/7 with redundant power, enterprise networking, and industrial cooling. It's a real physical computer - not a virtual machine.
What hardware specifications do I get?
Your Hyper Box features an Intel Alder Lake-N95 processor with 4 cores up to 3.4GHz, 13.5GB LPDDR5 RAM, 300GB NVMe SSD, and Intel UHD Graphics with 500Mbps networking. All components are dedicated exclusively to you.
How fast is it compared to my laptop?
The Intel N95 performs similar to an Intel Core i3 from 2019-2020. Perfect for Office work, web browsing, development, and light photo editing. It won't replace a gaming laptop, but it's excellent for productivity and always-on tasks.
What can I do with the integrated graphics?
Intel UHD Graphics handles 4K video playback, light photo editing in Photoshop, older games, and hardware video encoding. Don't expect modern AAA gaming - for that, check our Gaming Box with RTX 4060.
Is 300GB storage enough?
For most users, yes! Windows 11 takes ~40GB, leaving ~260GB for your programs and files. You can add up to 32TB additional storage for £12/month per TB if needed.
Is my Hyper Box truly dedicated?
Yes, absolutely! Your Intel NUC hardware is exclusively yours - no sharing with other users. No shutdown timers, session limits, or resource contention. It's running 24/7/365 whether you're connected or not.
What operating system is included?
Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed with licensing included. Fresh installation without bloatware, automatic updates enabled, and you get full administrator access to install anything you need.

When will my Hyper Box be ready?
We're in public beta with rolling activation. Current wait time is 24 hours from order. Earlier orders get priority, and we'll email you with login details once your NUC is ready.
What devices can I use to connect?
How good does my internet need to be?
3Mbps minimum for basic use, 10Mbps+ recommended for smooth experience. Gaming or video editing needs 25Mbps+. Your Hyper Box has 500Mbps so it's never the bottleneck.
Are there contracts or commitments?
No contracts ever! Monthly subscription, cancel anytime with one click. You keep access until your paid period ends - no hidden fees or cancellation charges.
Are my files backed up?
Basic plan includes weekly automatic backups. Upgrade to daily backups for £10/month extra. We recommend keeping important files in cloud storage (OneDrive, Google Drive) as well.
What support do I get?
Ticket Support System with under 24 hour response times, 24x7x365. We help with connectivity, issues, and hardware problems, setup and configuration. We don't provide software training or troubleshooting for your applications.
Where are the servers located?
Our Wolverhampton, UK data center with 99.9% uptime SLA. Great peering across UK/Europe and enterprise grade networking, power and cooling.
Can I order multiple Hyper Boxes?
Absolutely! Perfect for teams or multiple projects. We can set up networking between boxes and provide bulk billing. Contact us for business arrangements.
How is this different from AWS/Azure?
AWS/Azure are virtual machines sharing hardware. Your Hyper Box is a real, dedicated physical computer. No resource sharing, no complex pricing, no shutdown timers - just your own PC in the cloud.
