We have now moved our ticketing support software to a new system.

Our old system was outdated and had numerous database problems resulting in support tickets left unanswered.

Our new system is online and fully functional, we have moved all outstanding tickets to this system and are working through support now.
If you don't have a reply or resolution by the end of 15/10/21 please open a new ticket immediately. Due to some of the issues we have had with the previous system some tickets may not have reached us.

Any customers effected by this issue will be credited with a substantial credit.

If you have any questions, please open a support ticket so we can properly resolve them.
