Dear Fire Power Gaming Customer,


We have a big update for everyone today. We regret to inform you that Fire Power Gaming will be ceasing trading temporarily for a number of reasons. This is limited to just the gaming side of Fire Power Cloud and this WILL NOT have any impact on The Office Boxes.


During the pandemic we have had a large influx of orders and there has been a great decline in available hardware due to the pandemic, shipping issues, the world silicone shortage and the rise in GPU Mining making it difficult for us to continue our growth. The unique way we run this service makes it very challenging to offer our service at a good price point that meets the customers requirements and ours, especially at this point in time.


This is not to say that we are terminating the service forever. We are just reworking the structure of the company and the products offered. This includes but is not limited to a change of data centre, new and upgraded hardware, full in house panels and staff in more locations than ever. We want to offer you the best service we can and in the current situation this is not something we can do.


So, what next?

New Customers - As of today we are no longer accepting anymore new orders for Fire Boxes.


Pre Orders - Your order will submitted for a full refund and this will be processed automatically to the payment method used. There is no need to submit a ticket as this is an automated process. 


Current Customers - At the end of your current billing date your service will be terminated and any payments made to us after this will be automatically refunded. Please check your current date in the Dashboard and backup any important data before this date.

All of your data will be securely erased and will be unrecoverable so please ensure anything important is removed from our machines. If your termination date is within the next 48 hours (2 days) a 2 day courtesy period will be added to your account to provide adequate time to backup your data.


Sponsored Customers - if you are a sponsored customer your service will be terminated in 72 hours, please open a support ticket if you require extra time to remove your data from Fire Power Cloud’s machines. 


We’re sorry for the bad news but keep your eyes peeled for Fire Power Gaming V2, it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before. For any concerns please open a support ticket, any replies to this email will not be visible to our team.
